Personal Training
We all have good intentions when it comes to getting fit, but sometimes lack of knowledge and motivation stop us from reaching our goals and achieving our true potential.
My aim as a Personal Trainer is to tailor the sessions to your needs so you achieve the results that you want. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get healthier or tone up I will give you the motivation and knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I will help you achieve your goals by designing for you an individualised personal programme that is specifically tailored to your needs, and will be amended as you progress and your fitness goals change.
My programmes and training methods include instruction in resistance training, flexibility, nutritional advice, cardiovascular conditioning, fitness assessments and sports specific training. You will learn proper technique and the reasons why each of these areas of fitness is important. You'll also cross-train (change activities), and I'll periodize (change how hard you work over specific time periods) your fitness training so you'll stay interested, have fun and keep the results coming!
Training location
Sessions can take place in the environment you are most comfortable with whether it be home, gym, office or outside.
Prices
Initial Consultation: free
Single Session: £25 per 1 hour session
6 sessions paid in advance @ £20 per session: £120 (save £30 and includes free personal fitness program)
Please Note: £5 travelling fee for home visits and if gym facilities are required, additional charges may apply.
