Turn up & tone up is a great way to have fun while helping you to keep fit, loss weight and tone up.  The class includes easy to follow exercises to music that are designed to give you a great aerobic workout.  With arms, legs, bums & tums toning exercises and a relaxing cool down to help you unwind and improve flexibility.  So come have fun, meet new friends, enjoy the funky tunes and get on the right track to a healthier fitter you!

Keep Fit For All

A low impact full body workout designed to help you tone up, loss weight and have lots of fun.  The class will include a gentle warm up, dance inspired exercises to funky music.  With legs, bums and tums toning exercises and a relaxing cool down to help you unwind.  Suitable for all skill and fitness levels.

£3.50 per class
